Yes, Linda Faste leads that part of the class, but think it’s called Brain Gym. They integrate many modalities into their BBB classes.
See their website or their channel on YouTube for more information. Thanks for looking.

Kinestesiology or something. Forgot how it was spelled. “Edu-K”, as it’s more commonly known as.
Anyhow, it builds strong neural connections and brain power.

Some have written me that this exercise is only “tossing balls.” So what? The class members are drilled in paying attention to weight, shape and trajectory, as well as the physical benefits of left-right physical/brain activities. All seniors in this class are over 87 years old, and often have exercises where multiple objects are handled at once. Visit their website for more info and slide show.

This is a valuable class my Mom and I take to keep the old brain cells charged. The little video I just put together here is a sample to show the instructors, Shirley Kelley and Linda Faste. See their website (address in the program) to view slideshow and complete information. They have their own channel now at BagsBallsAndBrains here on YouTube. – Carol (student, “cameraman,” and video director.)
