it is from a logic book on the paper ihave it say dell logic puzzles #12 te title is tea party by diane yoko it talks about dolls their eye colors height and hair color there is laura carol debbie well there is five girls total it says in the paragraph above

Dell publishes logic puzzle books and a magazine. The books (according to amazon.com) are only up to #5, so your puzzle must be from a magazine.

I found one auction of dell logic puzzle magazines on ebay, but it doesn't mention the issues by number, only by date (12/2004, 05/2005, 07/2005, 11/2005).
