It seems your brain and starts to slowly shrinking around the age 27. So when you get to 27 years old its downhill, your abstract reasoning, brain speed, and puzzle-solving show signs are fading.

The good news your average memory decline begins at about age 37. It’s not only Baby Boomers who need to train their brain. When you learn new a language or take up another skill, because you’re shaping your synapses, and nudging your neurons to boost memory function. Your brain will get stronger or faster by working out.
